We only need to know who the blessing is for and what is needed. Like with the penny holder at the checkout stand:

The Need: I pray that God hears my prayers of deliverance. May I grow to love and honor Him each and every day in all I do. May we also pray for the lost souls who also need His deliverance. Amen
